For SEZ Units

To work within SEZ one need to get unit approval with project report. We facilitate in preparation of same along with approval for Bond cum legal undertaking , approval for list of services or material for authorised operations and other exemption certificate like Form A-1, I form etc.

SEZ Developers or units required various management and operation services like Material clearance services under ARE-1, Bill of entry, Bill of export, Export clearance by filing shipping bill of export, DTA sale clearance service, Scrap and wastage removal, Temporary removal permissions under Rule 50 & 51 of SEZ Rules 2006,Softex\APR preparation and submissions through SEZ Online and periodic reports preparation assistance like MPR, QPR, HPR, Six Monthly material utilization reports

SEZ is all about incentives and other facility provided by Central Govt and State Govt to make them become more competitive, vigour and cost effective for Export. For example Duty free import/domestic procurement of goods for development, operation and maintenance of SEZ units, supplies to SEZs are zero rated under IGST Act, 2017 etc. There units are also getting benefit from other levies as imposed by the respective State Governments.
